When you purchase Voxxen, our payment processor collects your name, email address, and payment information to process your transaction. We receive your email address and order details so we can deliver your license key.
When you contact us via the website contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content.
2. Information the Software Collects
Voxxen is fully offline software. It does not transmit your audio, recordings, or project files to any server. Your creative work never leaves your machine.
During license activation, the Software contacts our licensing server solely to verify that your license key is valid. No personal data or audio content is transmitted during this process.
The Software generates a machine identifier (a one-way hash of hardware identifiers) stored locally on your computer to enforce the single-machine license. This identifier is never transmitted to us.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver your license key after purchase

- To send important notices about the Software (e.g. critical updates)
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We use a third-party payment processor and merchant of record to handle purchases. Their privacy policy governs how they handle your payment and order information.

We retain your email address and order information for as long as necessary to support your license and comply with legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Payment processing is handled entirely by our payment processor — we never store your credit card details.

Voxxen is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
