Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Voxxen is digital software. Once a license key has been issued and the Software has been downloaded, the product has been fully delivered and cannot be returned.

To ensure every customer can make a confident purchase decision, we provide a complete 30-day free trial with no feature restrictions. You can record, convert, export, and evaluate every aspect of the Software before paying a single dollar.

Download Voxxen and use it free for 30 days. No credit card required. No feature limits. If it's not right for you, simply don't purchase — no charge, no obligation.

EU / EEA / UK Customers

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of completing your transaction. However, by completing your purchase and activating your license key, you expressly request immediate access to the Software and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived from the moment you begin using the Software.

Because Voxxen includes a full-featured 30-day free trial prior to purchase, most customers will have already evaluated the Software in full before any charge is made.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund only in the following circumstances:

• You were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error.
• Your license key was never delivered and support was unable to resolve the issue.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback rather than contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently revoke your license key.
