Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: May 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of Voxxen software ("Software") sold by Voxxen LLC ("we," "us," or "Voxxen"). By purchasing or using the Software, you agree to these terms.
1. License
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Voxxen on one (1) computer at a time. You may transfer the license to a new machine provided you uninstall it from the previous machine first.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Software or its voice models
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or voice model data
- Use the Software to train competing AI or voice conversion models
- Share or transfer your license key to any third party
3. Voice Models
The 70 professional voice models included with Voxxen are proprietary assets of Voxxen LLC, provided at no additional charge alongside the Software license. They may not be extracted, exported, or used outside of Voxxen. The $149 purchase price covers the Software only.
4. Third-Party Attributions

5. Output Content
Audio output you produce using Voxxen is owned by you. Voxxen claims no rights over content you create with the Software.
Voxxen is a voice transformation tool, not a voice synthesis or identity cloning system. All audio processed by Voxxen originates from a live performance recorded by the user. The user is the original performer and retains full rights to that performance. Voxxen applies trained acoustic models to modify the tonal and timbral characteristics of the user's own recorded voice. It does not generate speech from text, replicate the voice of any specific named individual, or produce synthetic audio impersonating a real person. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Software complies with applicable laws, including any laws governing the use of transformed voice audio in broadcast, commercial, or public contexts.
6. Jurisdictional Compliance
By downloading, installing, or using Voxxen, you represent and warrant that you have independently determined that your use of the Software is lawful in your jurisdiction. Laws governing artificial intelligence, voice transformation, synthetic audio, and related technologies vary by country, state, and locality and are subject to change. Voxxen LLC makes no representation that the Software is appropriate or legally permitted in any specific jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to those governing voice transformation technology, AI-generated audio, consumer protection, and data privacy. Voxxen LLC expressly disclaims any liability arising from your use of the Software in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.
7. Free Trial
Voxxen includes a 30-day free trial. No payment is required to evaluate the Software during the trial period. After 30 days, a license key is required to continue using the Software.
8. Refunds
All sales are final. Because Voxxen includes a full-featured 30-day free trial prior to purchase, we do not offer refunds after a license key has been issued. Please evaluate the Software thoroughly during the trial period before purchasing.
We will issue a refund only in the following circumstances:
- You were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error.
- Your license key was never delivered and support was unable to resolve the issue.
In these cases, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase and activating your license key, you expressly request immediate access to the Software and acknowledge that this right is waived from the moment you begin using the Software. See our full Refund Policy for details.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxxen LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
